ENDLESS WONDER, is the theme for this year.
I passed my FAA test for my drone certification!!! I have my Temporary Airman Certificate for small, unmanned aircraft systems!! Woohoo! This was not like the FCC radio tests where all the test questions are published so you know exactly what to expect. The first question was something I didn’t remember studying. My heart nearly stopped. $175 just to get to take the test and first question was a big “I don’t know.” In the end it was the only question I missed out of the 60.
After much deliberation we have replaced the Escape with this…
A 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Offroad. It ticked all the boxes for our travel vehicle. We’ve taken it out camping at a state park to figure out the loading and a couple days at a national forest. Now we’ve upgraded some boxes and have to figure out the loading again. I’ll try to build a drawer system for the back over the winter.
